  • Great but one HUGE problem

    I think this app is great. It loads quickly, and it doesn't often give me errors. When it gives me an error, it's always my wifi, so I don't blame netflix. The huge problem is that in netflix you spend more time LOOKING for something to watch than actually WATCHING something. That's a huge problem when it comes to these kinds of apps. Something you should try is adding more movies and TV shows/episodes. That's all for now, and other than that this app is great.
  • Very good but the downloading part needs immense improvements

    I love this app, I've had it for quite a while now. The only issue I'm having for it is the new feature/update that lets you download movies and/or tv series and you can play them without wifi. The problem is that when I download these movies, every time I try to play it, it never works. It always says an error occurs. Please fix.

  • Hasn't worked for days

    This app hasn't worked on my phone for days. App loads fine but every title I click on has an error message and won't play. Multiple people have been complaining about this problem FOR DAYS. Seems like it might be an issue with the latest IOS update. We are paying you for a service you're not providing! Update your app!
  • Casting problems

    I'm unable to cast from my phone to the tv. It won't connect anymore and I never had this issue in the past. Please fix it.

    K so what you do is press the chromcast icon on your phone to disconnect your phone to chromecast. 2nd you double tap your iphones home button while Netflix is on your main screen. You will now see all your apps running in the back ground. 3rd flick your finger either up or down on the screen to kill the app. Now go back to Netflix and see if that works.

  • Not working since last update!

    The app has not been working since the last update. I have called customer service countless times and they keep telling me to do the same thing which I do and it doesn't work. They have seem to be no help whatsoever. I have had Netflix for years and want to cancel it.
  • Amazing, but LITERALLY NO SPACE TO BE

    An amazing application and product to use, but I don't download anything, but it uses up UNNECESSARY UBSURD amounts of megabytes. The reason is unknown. PLEASE FIX.
