  • Need to reinstall app almost every time

    I have the latest version as of 12/4/14 on my iPad 2. The app often gets stuck on the load screen and I find myself having to reinstall the app almost every time I use it. It's ridiculous especially since this app is for a service that I pay for.
  • Unable to use service

    I have constantly updated this app and it never works. I've deleted it, re downloaded it multiple times and it still shows error messages. And trying to use the new downloadable episodes for anytime has never worked. I will not be keeping a subscription to this company when I can't use it.

    I have been unable to watch anything since the last update. The app runs for a second or two and just locks up. Netflix “help” says it’s not possibly their fault: If your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch freezes on the Netflix loading screen after launching the app, it typically points to restrictions preventing the Netflix service from playing properly. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

    Every Time i clicked a movie or series it keep disconnecting and really annoyed me so much, tired of clicking it over and over again! Hope they updates it as soon as possible before my subscription time runs out because it would be a waste of my money and didn't get to watch a movie as much as i can because of the issues!

    Here's my main problems with the thumbs....its way to simple. There are movies and showers that I feel okay with, somewhere in the middle. With this new rating system, all gone. Not just that, but my start system was the easiest way for me to know what I have seen and what I have not. I have lost all of that. I really hope that you bring it back.

    If you are thinking about getting a Netflix subscription don't because they got rid of their 5 stars rating because they hate it when people don't like their Netflix Original shows and they are losing all the good shows from Fox. Scrubs is gone...GONE!! Come on Netflix be better

    Takes forever to load once you open the app. Once the app opens and you click whatever you want to watch, it loads FOREVER then crashes!!! Fix this please
